You're not alone

Chrissy Tiegen said it best: “Why is it so hard to put someone who is already sleepy to sleep?”

In fact, one in three families report struggling with their child’s sleep, and if baby ain’t sleeping, ain’t nobody sleeping. The average parent loses 44 days of sleep in the first year of their child’s life.

FORTY. FOUR. DAYS. OF. SLEEP. LOST.

If you're here, chances are you're on your way to your 44.

One small step.

After 4 months, my family and I were desperate. We’d tried everything: the blogs, the vlogs, and all the books. Our kiddo just wouldn’t sleep, and it seemed like nobody had any answers....

...until a Google search led to one small call.

An infant and child sleep consultant** changed our world and gave us our dreams back.

Giant leaps,
Giant sleeps

I started to dream about giant sleeps for every kiddo, including yours.

So I took a leap, and became certified in science-based infant and child sleep consulting.

Above all else, I now know two things:

  1. CHILDREN DON'T SLEEP THE WAY WE DO
  2. DREAMS ARE JUST A FEW SMALL STEPS AWAY

Infant & child sleep consulting

(I nerd out on the neuroscience so you don't have to...unless you want to.)

Sleep training is just the last piece of the puzzle — when all the other pieces are in place, it may not even be necessary. My approach is holistic and science-based: we'll look at diet, cognitive development, routines, and more. Then, we'll find recommendations that suit your parenting philosophy for small steps that fit your family.

I offer two services (for kiddos up to 5 years old):

Don't take my word for it...

A hand-drawn comet.
A photograph of Candra, and her baby. She's holding the baby close to her, and while she's smiling baby has an expression like a curious smirk. The cartoon astronaut helmet is over is head, along with cartoon drawings of a rocket and moon.

"After a week, my son became a solid sleeper at a decent hour…and I don’t feel like I’m in survival mode anymore because mama is getting sleep too!"

~ Candra, Columbus GA

A professional photo of Tracey and her family. Her youngest, and infant, is held in her arms, leaning forward with a big smile. Her young daughter stands in front of her, and her son next to her -- both smiling. Beside Tracey stands her husband. All three children have the cartoon astronaut helmet. The photo is decorated with cartoon stars, a moon, and a rocket.

"She helped me with all three of my kids...She set up specific plans for each child and helped me figure out how to work on them simultaneously...she taught me so much about sleep that I didn't learn from all the sleep books and advice I've gotten."

~ Tracey, Columbus OH

A photograph of Caroline, and her baby. She is cradling her sleeping baby, and looking down with an affectionate smile. There is an astronaut helmet over the babies head, and cartoon drawings of a moon, rocket, and stars.

"Her approach was gentle and empowering and I feel like I now have the tools to navigate this stage of my daughter’s sleep patterns — and the next — since we are laying a great foundation."

~ Caroline, Ontario (yup, sleeps without borders!)

A photograph of Margo and her baby. Margo is standing, holding the baby close. The baby is naked, but a cartoon moon is placed over her butt. She's wearing the cartoon astronaut helmet, and there are cartoon stars and a rocket.

"Something every new mother could use more of. We can’t recommend her enough!."

~ Margo, NYC

Lauren holding her baby. He's sitting on her lap, and both are looking at the camera with a cheeky grin. The baby is wearing the catroon astronaut helmet, and there are cartoon moons and rockets decorating the image.

"I really appreciate her personalized and realistic approach. I also learned so much about how daytime sleeping and eating affects nighttime sleep."

~ Lauren, Cincinnati OH
