The Small Steps Story
Iโm Rebekahโsleep consultant, parent of two, perinatal mental health advocate, and firm believer thatย small steps can lead to giant sleeps.
Before I was doing this work, I had a whole career in corporate learning and development. My job was to teach people how to feel confident in their roles and succeed at their jobs. Then I had my first babyโฆ and wow. Nothing prepared me for the exhaustion. There was no training manual, no step-by-step guide, just a fog of sleepless nights, 3am googling, and second-guessing myself.
Now, I bring together my background in teaching and my passion for infant sleep to help parents like you. My vision is to make sleep support feel like part of the bigger picture of caring for familiesโjust like feeding support or postpartum recovery and mental health.

“How long does this take?”
Many families are sleeping more within 2 weeks of consistency, but this can vary based on your goals and what sleep training method you’d like to use. We’ll collaborate to find the right fit for you and your baby.
What if sleep gets off track again in the near future? Do I need to keep coming back for a new plan?
